To help you make your choice, we’ve put together some of our most frequently asked questions for those planning an event or looking for the perfect event venue…

Where is Goosedale Located?

Goosedale is located only 15 minutes from the centre of Nottingham and Nottingham Railway Station, making it perfect for holding an event centrally for people coming into the area by train. For those travelling by car, we are ideally located only 10 minutes journey from junctions 26 and 27 of the M1.

Do You Have Car Parking On Site?

We have plenty of free car parking on site for attendees and guests with space for up to 300 cars and additional space for buses or coaches. If you are attending a late-running event, we can accommodate vehicles in the car park overnight.

Is There Accommodation Available?

We are excited to advise that on site, overnight accommodation will be available for delegates to reserve from February 2019. Please check back on our website from early 2019 for further information when booking your event or special occasion.

Do You Offer Catering?

Absolutely! We are proud of our top-quality catering service and can work closely with event organisers to accommodate any special preferences or dietary requirements, including catering for up to 1,000 guests. Depending on your event, we are able to provide either a three-course meal or a buffet – just let us know your requirements at the time of booking and our team will be happy to discuss your needs in greater detail.

How Many Guests Can You Accommodate?

We have several different rooms to choose from with optional layouts depending on your event. We can offer a larger room alongside a smaller break-out room if your event requires the extra space. Intimate gatherings or parties are perfectly suited in The Conservatory and The Lotus Lounge with seating from 18 to 50. Alternatively, our larger rooms including The Crystal Hall, The Garden Room and The Ivory Suite can accommodate between 50 and 800 delegates.

Are Rooms Flexible in Layout?

Whether you need a meeting layout, an optimal learning environment or a celebratory banquet, our rooms can be laid out to meet your expectations. Find more information on layouts and room configurations here.

Do You Offer A Delegate Rate?

We have several different base delegate rates available to choose from which include all the necessary provisions for your conference or meeting including a projector, screens and flipchart, refreshing buffet, servings of tea, coffee and snacks, stationery and free car parking on site. Full day rates start from £35 per attendee, half days including lunch from £27.50 or a half day excluding lunch from £22.50.

Can You Accommodate Extras?

If you are looking for evening entertainment, at-the-table fun or extra equipment for your conference, just let our team know in advance or at the time of your booking and we will be happy to work with you.

Is there Free Wi-Fi?

In the time of connectivity, we wouldn’t leave our guests without Wi-Fi! Attendees can use our available Wi-Fi free of charge, so you’ll never miss an email.
