Celebrating a special occasion in your life? Whether it’s a wedding, graduation, christening or a family reunion, we are the Nottingham event venue for you. With space to accommodate between 18 to 500 guests and facilities to cater for up to 1,000 guests, we can handle your event, no matter how big or small. With several event rooms available with varying floorspace and optional access to our beautiful terraces, our event hire space and team are ready for any event.

Goosedale is an established event venue and has catered to hundreds of different events over the years, from huge galas and corporate dinners to gorgeous weddings and important milestone birthdays. Our expertly trained and friendly staff are available to handle all your requirements and requests and our catering team can provide everything from buffet spreads to a three-course Christmas dinner.

Located in Nottingham, just off the M1 and only 15 minutes away from the city centre, Goosedale is excellently positioned for your guests and our free onsite parking gives peace of mind for anyone travelling to your event. We are also easy to access for any guests or attendees travelling by train into Nottingham city via public transport or taxi.

The Perfect Space for Your Event

At Goosedale, we have several different rooms to choose from for your event, all offering their own unique style and appearance and suited to host a variety of different occasions.

The Ivory Suite
The largest of our available event spaces, The Ivory Suite is ideal for large attendances and can include a peaceful break out space or heated marquee, depending on your event requirements. Holding a summer event? The Ivory Suite offers access to our outdoor terraces and beautiful private garden space, perfect for those gorgeous photos in the warming summer sunshine.
The Crystal Hall
A gorgeous barn conversion that was once part of the original landmark, Goosedale Farm, The Crystal Hall boasts floor to ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood the room, in addition to striking exposed brickwork, glittering chandeliers and rustic uncovered ceiling beams. The Crystal Hall is suited to smaller, more intimate events but also has access to break out rooms and our open-air terrace.
The Garden Room - 20-200 guests
A favourite wedding space for many, The Garden Room has all the necessary party facilities including a bar, rest areas, air conditioning and warming underfloor heating. With access to the secret garden area.
The Lotus Lounge
Another lovely meeting space, The Lotus Lounge is ideal for informal team get-togethers or can be used as an extra break out space for either The Crystal Hall or The Ivory Suite.
The Conservatory
A quaint but comfortable meeting space, The Conservatory is a lovely area for group thinking and the large conservatory windows, paired with white granite flooring, contribute to making the space feel bright and open.

At Goosedale, our professional event team are experienced in providing for a variety of different event requirements. Whether you require catering for 10 or 1,000 people or need to fit an F1 car in the space, we can help tailor your event to suit your exact requirements.

Catering

We can work with you to provide a tasty buffet of sweet and savoury foods, using the finest ingredients, and will happily accommodate your guests’ dietary requirements including gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian cuisine. Alternative catering options include delectable three-course meals, dedicated wedding menus, traditional Christmas dinners and mouth-watering desserts and canapés.

Equipment

If you require any additional equipment for your event, simply let us know at the time of booking the equipment you require or need to hire in and our events staff will endeavour to organise it in-house or help you arrange hire.

On-Site Facilities

Not just a pretty event space, Goosedale boasts free onsite car parking for your guests and free Wi-Fi for use onsite – that’s one less thing to worry about for your corporate event or guests travelling from out of town. Catering for special occasions at Goosedale

Using exceptional ingredients our buffet offers delicious choices to suit every palate. We have taken care to provide a buffet that offers taste, variety and quality.

Though we have an already great selection of menu choices, we can also provide bespoke menus for your guests at your event. If you have a specific request for catering please ask and we will happily work with you to ensure your needs are taken care of.
